Brass welding rod, also called copper zinc brazing filler metal, mainly used for gas flame soldering, high frequency soldering when brazing copper to copper alloy in air conditioning and refrigeration service.
The surface of part being solderd and brazing material should be cleared totally before brazing, and it will be better to use flux at the same time to bring you an excellent joint.
